This man gave all his wealth to buy out slaughterhouse and then use the yard of a former steel mill to gather stay animals, and provide food and shelter for them.

Since 2012 he has spent all his money and he has got into some pretty serious debts trying to fund and run shelter that sometimes housed more than 1500 dogs at a time. So far, around 10.000 dogs have passed through his shelters.
