They were found by a Chicago Police Department in an abandoned building. If they hadn't found them, these two doggies would have probably died of starvation.

At the moment the veterinarians started caring for them, they weighted around 24 lbs (around 10 kg) each. But with some vet care and a good diet they soon felt much better.

Now, they're fully recovered and happily adopted, and can continue with their lives surrounded by love and compassion, the same emotions that helped save their lives.
